Our Pricing Plans

We offer free and paid plans on Teamflow - you can see our full pricing details here

Free Trial

  • All new teams receive a free 30 day free trial of our Business plan.
  • This includes unlimited team members and guests.
  • After 30 days your account will be switched to our free plan.

Free Plan

  • 45 minute meeting limit. After 45 minutes, a 1 minute cool down will kick-in which will pause Teamflow. You will then be able to resume for another 45 minutes.
  • Limited to 10 team members and 10 guests.
  • Shared pool of 2 apps open per person. For example, if you have 5 team members, then you can have 10 apps open at once.

Seed Plan

  • Unlimited guests and team members.
  • Unlimited meeting time (no interruptions).
  • Shared pool of 5 apps open per person. For example, if you have 5 team members, then you can have 10 apps open at once.

Business Plan

  • Unlimited guests and team members.
  • Unlimited meeting time (no interruptions).
  • Unlimited apps open. If you make a heavy use of Teamflow, especially using one room per project, we highly recommend upgrading to our business plan.

How do I upgrade?

  • To upgrade, log into your Teamflow account and click on Upgrade at the top of your window.
  •  Choose the plan you would like to upgrade to:
  • Choose the number of seats you would like to purchase and fill in your payment details
  • Click the upgrade button at the bottom to process your payment
  • That's it! Your team will be upgraded to your new plan!

How do I make changes to my subscription?

  • We are in the process of building admin tools for our paid subscribers. In the interim, for any questions or changes to your subscription, please send us an email at support@teamflowhq.com and we will happily assist. 
  • This includes:
    • Upgrading or downgrading your plan
    • Resending past invoices
    • How to read your invoice(s)
    • How many seats you have on your plan
    • Cancelling your subscription
