File Storage

At Teamflow, we believe that a well-organized office is a productive office. That's why we are introducing our new File-Storage System.

Our File-Storage system allows you to manage and view all your files within a specific floor all with the click of a button. Simply click on the  Files tab in the Space toolbar. This will bring up a list of all the files and applications that are active in each space of your organization.

Alternatively, we have your files stored in icons on your Space Toolbar that will allow you to quickly access them.

The quick-view of your files include all the native features of each file. For example, you are able to able to lock or rename your files straight from the Space Toolbar!
