Security
All our video and audio streams are handled by Daily. They are fully encrypted. Your calls can never be seen by either people at Daily nor Teamflow (in fact, the streams never touch our servers), and their systems are compliant with SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001. We’re working towards getting SOC 2 compliance for the rest of our application (whiteboard and scratchpads) by the end of year. We have passed vendor security reviews of major US financial institutions by turning off these features, which we can do upon request.
